Truly great app. I mean I loved using it for my work but now they introduced completely ridiculous charges. So now it's absolutely not worth it. It will eat up your profits like its nothing

I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had.

Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. Brilliant, friendly and fast-acting support. This app is the best I've found for pre-orders, allowing customisation and offering a fair pricing model. Would recommend!
