I recently installed the PreOrder Wolf app to set up preorders on my online shop, but at first, I couldn’t see any “Pre-order” label on the test product I created. I reached out to support for help, and Eva responded quickly. She informed me that I hadn’t enabled the app extension needed for the preorder button to display.
To make it easy, Eva included a helpful screen recording that guided me through the activation steps, which I appreciated. After following her instructions, I checked my store and saw that the preorder function was working perfectly!
Eva’s quick response and clear instructions saved me a lot of time and hassle. It was great to have such attentive support, and I’m thrilled to see the app doing exactly what I need.
