We are currently using this app for a few pre-order items. The support team was really good and actioned work needed straight away. The app is user-friendly as well.

I spent hours trying to figure out to code backorder notifications into the website myself and this app has it up and running nearly instantly. The support got back to me in less than five minutes with further customization upon request. Assuming it works as well as it seems to, I'm impressed!
