The app mentioned that customer service would reply in 30 seconds and they really did! My website wasn't previewing the Pre-Sale and the customer service team helped me fix it in 3 minutes - 5/5 would highly recommend

I've just installed it but it looks to be super easy and exactly what I was looking for so that my customers know they are preordering a product that isn't in stock but will be soon or is made to order!
