So far its been good, Had a bumpy start setting it up but support was extremely quick and helpful with clearing all of my problems.

Great app and WONDERFUL support! Within 30 mins i had the app installed, a couple of wrinkles ironed out by the app dev, and the design perfectly suits our theme. And once stock is added back into the product, the button defaults back to the original 'add to cart' button we had there before. So far, it also works perfectly with our other apps, which is important. Perfect app.

I needed a pre-order function for some sold out variants I had, and was initially hesitant to use an app for but. But WOW, am I ever glad that I downloaded this app in particular. Not only is it easy to use, but it blends in seamlessly with my site and looks so slick (after finessing the button to look how I wanted it to look :) ). I had a minor issue with how some text was showing up at the cart, and the support team was SO fast to respond to my email and go in and fix it. SO happy with this app!!!!
