My problem was that the pre-order button didn't work. After exposing it to Katy and then Tessa, it was quickly resolved. I would like to thank the Fordeer team for their efficiency.
A massive thank you to Tessa who helped solve my problem very quickly and efficiently. She also provided me with useful documentation to help me solve another problem I was having outside the fordeer app so greatly appreciated for such exceptional service.

I highly recommend this app! My store operates on a pre-order basis, and I've been searching for a user-friendly app to facilitate this. This free app is great! Although I initially had some difficulties in setting it up, the support team promptly addressed my concerns and resolved the issue within minutes. Thanks
I install the app and immediately see that it doesn't work. I contact support and find out that the app is broken and that the developers are supposedly working on solving the problem. Support team tell me to be patient and they will solve the problem in 12 hours. 15 hours later, they tell me that it will be resolved in 24 hours. This all happens during the weekend and support team admit to me that they don't have developers who work on weekends - so they lied to me... I understand that the app is free, but this is quite irresponsible and I simply cannot recommend this to anyone.
The overall feeling is okay, but it would be better to have a more complete tutorial~
