the app did not even function as preorder , and u asking me for a review, it is showing me add to cart only , and later after 10 seconds its showing preoorder , and customers are yelling at us

Way too painful. Creates Pre-Order options with discounts that you can't modify.
Adds both Checkout Now and Pre-Order buttons to the checkout screen when it is only supposed to trigger on zero stock - I asked for support and was told that it was a problem with my theme - which was actually working perfectly before i installed this crappy app.

Thanks for this honest and direct feedback. I'm sorry about the problems you experienced. Our developers are taking a closer look at the issues you mentioned.

I do want to note that my support crew did not mean to imply that your theme is broken, but rather that the settings for some of the functions you were struggling with are controlled through your theme and not through our app. This is a common setup for lots of Shopify apps, since they are all integrations with the code that controls your store (which includes your theme). Having said that, we will be looking at that to see if we can simplify the experience for our customers.

The app's functionality is not compatible with my theme, and they didn't specify the themes they are designed to work with. It has been two weeks since I first encountered the functionality issue, experienced poor response times, and feel like money was wasted on it

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had these difficulties with our application. The app is compatible with the vast majority of Shopify themes but does sometimes require additional support for themes with custom development.

Regarding our response times, we can see from your tickets that you received prompt support, except during an overnight weekend period. Our support agent replied to your ticket as soon as their shift started and provided next steps on resolution.

We’re very positive that our recent feedback will enable your developers to resolve the issue.

Their customer service was extremely slow and not understanding. Their app slowed our site speed covering everything in a white box until their app fully loaded.

I have now been using this app for a few years. When it works its a good app. However, it is a ticking bomb.

I just noticed that all out of a sudden normal available products were shown as preorder products whereas products that have stock below zero were shown as available.

What is even wore, the mixed cart pop that was triggering on every page reload, was supposed to be fixed after i have submitted a ticket. I just realized that it is not fixed and customers had to close the pop up on every page reload.

This plugin did more harm than good. Please look out for a more stable plugin, as this plugin will cost you a lot of money......

Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

Each time you change a setting, it doesn't update correctly and you need to contact support for them to change it, becomes pretty useless.
Only compatible with the product page and not with collections shown on the homepage, so customers will still be prompted "Add to cart" or "Buy Now" even though the app is set up correctly.
When activating the Pre-order badge, the badge will show on ALL products, including in-stock products.
When setting up the Cart note "Pre-order", it will not show on the Mobile version, only on the desktop.
