This was kind of hard to set up om a phone but i got the hang of it ❤ i will be using this app in the long run for sure. It helps a lot with getting started for a beginner like myself. so thank you for this app and im sure everyone who uses this app cab afree with me on this perfect pre order app

Je suis satisfaite du bouton pré-commander. Je suis en revanche déçue de ne pas pouvoir plus personnaliser le mail de confirmation, je le trouve très basique. Le pop up avertissant le client que son panier contient des articles en stock et en pré-commande est très utile, mais malheureusement moche....

Nicoz was very helpful and attentive in resolving my requests. Unfortunately, the app is not set-up to combine discount codes with pre-orders right now, so sadly, I have to migrate to another app. But the customer service is outstanding, thank you again!

This app made a lot of mistake, customers were getting the wrong sizes in their cart. This was a nightmare ot fix.

Thanks for this review and for letting us know... Im SO SORRY that your customers were getting wrong sizes in their cart - that's terrible!

Please understand that when an app like ours is malfunctioning, it is 90% of the time because some kind of code on your unique theme is conflicting with how our app works.

We CAN FIX that. We do need collaborator access to your store to fix it though, because we need to dig deeper into the code on your store's theme to fix whatever is causing the issue.

Can you approve our collaborator request? That's the only way we can fix this.

Thanks - we REALLY want to get this right for you, ASAP. Here to help...

Customer service responds fast but takes too long to fix any issue you have. No matter if you are in the middle of Xmas Sale and losing thousands of dollars per day. They will tell you that your problem can´t be fixed now. it will take 24 hours minimum.

I show that our support team emailed you with specific directions on Friday, and our developer circled around with a followup email on Sunday.

It's a great app. Much more customizable than the free one. I like that you can put pre-order on variants and it covers off on the key communications required to do pre-orders

The app really helps resolve preorders on Shopify. THe development team is incredibly responsive and helped me work through a minor issue we were having. Can't say enough about their support, truly amazing!
