The only thing I dislike more than an app that doesn't work, is an app that only works 50% of the time for no particular reason at all. Support staff use copy paste solutions, and it took months of waiting, and still no answer. The app probably gets stuck in its own caching, because once there's a bug, it's there for good. Even when I uninstalled and painfully reinstalled and set up again. Very dissappointing.

This plugin and the team behind it are fantastic, prompt and super helpful! Our best seller is running low on stock, and our resupply isn't due until 25th of Jan (its 21s Nov now) and so we needed a way to maintain cashflow whilst we waited. This plugin is the perfect tool to do that!
I tried the free plan to test the features but I could not get it to work properly. I utilised the help chat feature and very quickly a lovely gent called James talked me through the steps. When a widget wasn't loading right he wrote some custom code to fix it!
I have just submitted a request to my team to get the paid plan, super affordable and we are in good hands! I recommend, get it!!

yes it's a good tool but forcing someone to write reviews EVERY time you enter a new preorder is a bit over the top.

I installed app on a Sunday evening and was freaked out when people were buying my product with partial payments.
(Shopify Purchase Options needs to be disabled in Settings. Otherwise, partial payments will be accepted.)
With me on EST and Preorder Now on UTC, it was inconvenient for me only because I needed an answer rignt now (after hours for them).
However! Once they're logged on, they're lightning speed responsive! I was able to chat in with Alina and she helped resolve my issue right away.
She even sent me a loom, to make sure I understood how to fix it.

Just set up the app and was having some issues. Alina was so helpful and walked me through each step to trouble shoot the issues. I've just added a bunch of products as an option for pre-order a feature my customers have been asking for (indirectly) for a long time! I'm excited to see where this goes. The one-on-one support is so important and it's one of the reasons I chose this app. So far I'm very pleased!

Though the settings can be confusing and there are no tutorial resources that are easy to access, the WOD Pre-Orders App customer service makes up for it!
