This is a great app and very easy to use. The initial setup can seem daunting but if you watch their videos, it's actually quite simple and doesn't take long.

Online chat was not helpful, although I have an account and my email is linked to it, they needed owner to retrieve a code, owner was not available, so I wasted 45 minutes and got nowhere.
