Wow! I just started my free trail and Jorge helped me set up the configurations. I literally shared with him which items I would like to add for pre-sale and he effectively synced my store to the app. His responses were quick and he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. This has to be the best experience I've had with a shopify app. I'm excited to see how much additional revenue the app generates my online store. With all of the supply chain issues since the beginning of COVID we needed a way to connect our guests to the products they wanted. We tried a number of pre-order apps before deciding on Pre-Order Now and it's been great so far. We had a slight display issue during setup that was resolved by Vlad in support INCREDIBLY quickly. 5/5 stars would recommend.

I am currently using the app to sell pre-orders at a discount. At first, I had issue getting the discounts applied to multiple quantities. It would only apply to one order. So I reached out to customer service, and in the matter of 12 hours they had it fixed and running smoothly. The support team even went into my store and adjusted the settings to make my store run smoother. I can't recommend them enough!
