This app is very useful to create discounts in a way that Shopify doesn't allow out of the box. The only drawback is that since it uses Draft Orders, you cannot combine the discounts from the app with an automatic discount (for example a BOGOF) from Shopify. Their support is excellent. A particular mention for Aman from their support. He is great!

Having pre-order functionality is SO helpful for a small business like mine - either to validate a new idea or to make sure I don't have to make a large amount of stock which I might not sell. The support is also great - when I had trouble setting up the pre-order badge, Jorge fixed it for me instantly. Highly recommended.

Waiting to launch our store. Will update review after first sale. So far, very easy to use and navigate. *Update on 2/15/21:
Its been a few weeks since downloading the app. There was an issue with the first theme so we changed it and everything worked fine, at first. Set up was pretty simple and everything worked great. Until the first time an item sold out and pre-order was "active" for that product. The "Pre-Order" banner on the product will not show up, the "Pre-Order" button does not show up, it did not notify the customer at checkout of the pre-order status, and did not reflect it in the email. A second order was later placed with 2 of an item, when we had 1 in stock. It never notified the customer that 1 item was pre-order. My wife and I have attempted to contact the company by email and have left 3 voicemail messages in the last 6 days, each time the claim they will respond within 24 hours and never have. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service. If the issue is fixed, I will update the review and reflect the changes. If not, we will be canceling and requesting a refund as they have not delivered what was advertised and promised with the product. I hope you have better luck than we have. **Update: Customer service fixed the issue promptly after our last request. We appreciate making it right and function as advertised.

Great app, easy to install and setup, already brought us several pre-orders in the first few days of testing it! Will definitely keep this app running!
Great app for items, not yet in stock. We use it take pre-orders on items and purchase only those that sell. Awesome customer service with a fast response. Definitely needed if you don't want to purchase a bunch of inventory ahead of time.
