The team that supports this app have been amongst the very best I have experienced in my years as a long time store owner. And not only have they been responsive, the app works as described. Those are two things that cannot be said for other apps / developers. I would highly recommend Pre-order Now if it meets a need for your business.

Changing and updating is no problem.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Amandeep listened to my issue with updating preorder shipping dates and helped me troubleshoot until we found the correct field that needed to be updated. Very happy small business owner!

Great app! Easy to use, has all the features I need for items on pre order. I also like that it sends an email to customers when they purchase and item on preorder and one that is not, letting them know it will all be shipped together.
If you need a preorder feature this works great! If you need customization, level of service is also excellent.
