Like the app, but it doesn't seem to find a result for my search half the time. I have another window open and see the exact title of the item I am looking for. Search with sku, partial sku, and text, all to no avail.
So far so good. We will see how it preforms once fully set up.
I have only set up my first product fro pre order, it was easy enough.

I used this app to help meet sales goals since we are growing so fast that we are often out of stock a couple of times a month. I only which there was a way to generate a report with all pre-orders categorized by variant so that I could easily make a PO to send to my manufacturer.
The support was helpful and incredibly quick to respond. They resolved my issue quickly. The app was easy to use and accomplishes out needs.

I used this app to 1. allow customers to pre-order products that require time to prepare
2. allow customers to be notified when an item is out of stock 3. would like to be able to have more choices in which group of products to allow back in stock alerts (e.g. some seasonal items which will never be available again can have notifications disabled). I had some help with the setup but the online chat with Josh made things so easy, he settled everything for me within the hour. Much appreciated!
