Each time you change a setting, it doesn't update correctly and you need to contact support for them to change it, becomes pretty useless.
Only compatible with the product page and not with collections shown on the homepage, so customers will still be prompted "Add to cart" or "Buy Now" even though the app is set up correctly.
When activating the Pre-order badge, the badge will show on ALL products, including in-stock products.
When setting up the Cart note "Pre-order", it will not show on the Mobile version, only on the desktop.

We were loosing sales by not being able to keep our inventory available for all of our variants, but having the ability to capture sales and put them aside on backorder for fulfillment at a later date means that we're not losing out as we continue to keep up with demand (a good problem to have). Ideally we'll never have backorders but it's nice to have it as a fallback option if it comes to it. Customers are aware of the item on backorder so there is little to no need to reach out to them with emails of unfortunate news.

Fantastic pre-order app. It works flawlessly and keeps with the simple aesthetic of our theme. Customer service is also great. They were quick to jump in and help with a small glitch our theme was creating. Highly recommend!

Very useful App, works well. It would help if you could see the part number when searching for products.
Great app for basic pre-orders. Lacking a little on functionality and on configuration details for the buttons and badges etc.. but serves the purpose for now.

I ran out of items but I did reorder more. This offered me the ability to continue selling even though the stock ran out. I appreciate this functionality. Thank you Preorder Now.
