Customers are purchasing and preorder does not show up on 35% of orders. Creating a lot of confusion.

Wonderful easy to use - chris was lovely helping me out promptly when I had an issue with the banner showing.

Seems like the best app on the market for pre-orders. Not the cheapest, but the functionality (who else has e-mail options?) and their customer service is definitely worth the extra cost.

I just downloaded the app so far it is very good, very easy to use, and you get exactly what you pay for. I also love that you can test it out before purchasing, just wish it was for free.

The app's functionality is not compatible with my theme, and they didn't specify the themes they are designed to work with. It has been two weeks since I first encountered the functionality issue, experienced poor response times, and feel like money was wasted on it

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had these difficulties with our application. The app is compatible with the vast majority of Shopify themes but does sometimes require additional support for themes with custom development.

Regarding our response times, we can see from your tickets that you received prompt support, except during an overnight weekend period. Our support agent replied to your ticket as soon as their shift started and provided next steps on resolution.

We’re very positive that our recent feedback will enable your developers to resolve the issue.

I recently received excellent customer support from Nicoz. Nicoz was helping me solve a complex problem that I had been struggling with. Not only was Nicoz knowledgeable and professional, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I received the help I needed.

This was kind of hard to set up om a phone but i got the hang of it ❤ i will be using this app in the long run for sure. It helps a lot with getting started for a beginner like myself. so thank you for this app and im sure everyone who uses this app cab afree with me on this perfect pre order app

Je suis satisfaite du bouton pré-commander. Je suis en revanche déçue de ne pas pouvoir plus personnaliser le mail de confirmation, je le trouve très basique. Le pop up avertissant le client que son panier contient des articles en stock et en pré-commande est très utile, mais malheureusement moche....
