Very quick and effective support
The pre-order app works great!. We had an issue setting preorder quantity limits since we have a non-shopify theme. I reached out to the team and they responded right away and provided the solution. I highly recommend this app for pre-orders!
The developers were extremely quick and were able to provide an efficient solution to our small issue. Great app so far!

So far so good.
I've installed the app then uninstalled it because I had some problems with that the BUY button still there, but then it turns out that it's from Shopify not from the app. so I installed it again, I just wish the support is a bit faster in replying. :)
Pre-Order Now has been amazing for our business increasing revenue by 30% in the first month. Some modifications were needed and the developer Chris was a brilliant help! Highly recommended for any business.
Set up only took 2 minutes. Haven't used it yet but will update my review after my store launches. Looks good so far!
Update: Wonderful app. I tried a couple of the other pre-order apps but this one was the best in terms of design. The other apps button looked unprofessional but this one really does match your theme. The customer service was wonderful, I ended up making a mistake from being tired and they were very understanding and kind. Highly recommend!
There's definitely some set up involved, and I initially had some theme conflicts, but the support with Preorder Now helped work through it and made edits until it all looked and worked well. Looking forward to using it more!

So far so good! Thepre order button seems to freeze up once clicked through. We will update our review once figured out.
Edit: the button doesn't work, and when you first get to the home page or product page it'll say buy now then quickly change to pre-order.
Edit: After help from Josh our problem was resolved within a day!
