Buggy, did not work for us. Their AI support delays support. For this price we expected more.

Misleading App. I decided to try the app I was subscribed to the free plan. Under the Basic Plan is show Try it Free for 14 Days. So I decided to try it for 14 days, I cancelled within 10 days and was still charged $19.95. I showed the screenshot to the app developer they said because I used it back in 2020 I am not entitled to Try it free for 14 days then why does it say TRY IT FREE FOR 14 DAYS ? When you click on the try it free no where on the Approve Subscription does it mention anything about if you have used it previously you are not entitled to another 14 days again misleading by the app developer. I thought they where just trying to win me back as a customer which many apps and companies do these days when you have had such a long period of inactivity. Secondly this is the email from Roel on 16th April, I have escalated the issue to our technical team. They usually provide an update within one business day. Once I get an update, I will let you know. its now May 5th and still haven't recieved a reply. Easier to delete and uninstall the app than deal with the team.

This was my go-to Pre Order App for years. It was a little tedious, but it worked.
The new version is a disaster. I've never experienced an update that is so completely disconnected from the original. I hate it. Totally confusing.
Starting to look for another option NOW....

the basic functionality of this app should be:
1 click and a product is set to reorder
1 click and its normal add to cart
I've spent hours in the chat to first get products to show up for preorder and then I have now spent hours to try to make products normally available again.
i am now going to uninstall the app hoping that my products can be normally purchased again

Their customer service was extremely slow and not understanding. Their app slowed our site speed covering everything in a white box until their app fully loaded.

After 5 years as a loyal subscriber on one of our stores this app has completely changed their pricing model to be biased against Shopify Plus stores. We have been a subscriber for $29 a month, but when we wanted to add this app to all of our other stores we discovered pricing has now changed to $99/mo. When we reached out to them they offered the additional stores for $59/mo and refused to match the existing price citing a pathetic excuse of overhead costs. It's a software app.... where we are self service. It does not cost anything extra to have an extra subscriber to a software.
$99/mo is an overcharge of an app for our secondary lower performing sites and it's infuriating when apps think that just because a site is Shopify Plus store that they should base their pricing on this. Pricing should be based on usage not based on which Shopify plan we have.
We have since switched to one of the other pre-order apps in protest to this new pricing model. It's unfortunate they chose $0 revenues instead of supporting an existing loyal customer of 5 years that was simply looking to spend more.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. I understand you do not see the value for your new store at our current price point. That is certainly a concern for us, and something we want to address as an organization. The app is working fine but the support is terrible. I canceled my subscription. Tried to get in touch multiple times with the support desk. After waiting for 15 min the live chat starts. I answered all the questions and provided access to the store. After providing access the support desk never came back to me. After asking multiple times if someone was there i got no answer. Very disappointed..

look elsewhere - WOD:PreOrder Now does not function properly. App allowed oversales on 2 pre-releases with a set sale limit, created a lot of headache and work for our customer service team. We walked through product set up with app's support team, did not stop the overselling.

The loading times of the changed Add to cart button are very long. Many of my customers don't even notice the pre-order because it only loads when the customers are in the shopping cart.
In addition, the order tags are not assigned correctly. Even if all settings are set up correctly. Today, for example, the app is not available at all.

First of all, I think it would be great if the instructions would tell us that in order to use this app that we need to be on SHOPIFY THEME 2.0
Secondly, I have been unable to install
Thirdly there is an irritating pop up that SAYS congrat YOU HAVE A PREORDER, while I have been unable to completely install, so that's very confusing!
Fourthly "Customers service" or chat just gives articles which are not completely helpful
