I was charged after i uninstall it 30-40 minutes later.
Thanks for taking the time to write this review and let us know. That is not default behavior on the app. Did you activate the Email Add-On feature? That is usually the only way to skip the 14-day free trial.
I will be reaching out to you separately to see what we can do to help. I would like to at least issue a refund for you.

Great neat app for pre-orders. Easy to operate and Chris is always ready to help if something doesn't show properly, mostly due to the many different themes out there.
Have been using it for over two months now and definitely recommend it!
This app is easy to use and provides everything we need and the staff is super helpful! Tech issues were fixed in secs once we raised it.

So far it has been easy to set up, affordable, and mostly does what I need it to do. I make hand made items and don’t always have items in stock, now it doesn’t matter. All I do is hook up “pre order now” to my entire store and when an items out of stock someone can now see this and read my added text that says “hand made ships in 2 weeks”. Thanks for the great app!!! You won’t be disappointed
This is a great app! I am now able to put items on pre-order easily instead of having to mark these items as pre-order in the description and then remember to go back and change that. There are no misunderstandings with my customers now as to when their item will typically ship. I can process the order and not worry about it again until I receive the product to ship out. Everything happens in the background flawlessly.
