Really good customer service. All my requests were handled well. The response time was fast and they did their best to help me with any problems I had.
Very easy to use! I have used many pre-order apps and a lot of them had very janky backend systems. Best one I came across to help sell my merch before the launch date!
Very helpful app, and a great support team who answers any questions super fast! App setup only took a few minutes.
Loved it all, there's nothing I can recommend to think of to improve it even slightly. Works and functions very seamlessly

So far so good! Wish there was live support. Since I'm in Hawaii it's harder to get issue, questions answered. Will come back in a week to leave a more elaborate review after our preorder sale is complete.
One challenge so far - shipping out orders. It's confusing filtering out preorder and normal order during the shipping process.

This app is great! If you want an easy way to add pre-orders to your site, I would recommend this app. I also like how they give you a 14-day free trial to try it out.
