Super easy to use and works great! No weird coding needed, the installation was seamless and the preorder buttons set upas well. Great app!

The app (email customer portion) stopped working after about one month of use and customer support is too slow to respond. Edit: 8/17. It still does not work and customer service has no idea how to solve the issue.

I used this app to indicate to customers that an item I'm selling is on pre-order. I love that there is an option for the product quantity to be above zero which some other pre-order apps do not allow (and which can make Kt incapable of working if you set inventory to zero). I had some issues with set-up but their customer support helped me resolve that within an hour.

This app has been extremely valuable to us. We had an Autumn inspired makeup collection, that we didn't have the boxes ready for yet, so it was great to be able to offer the collection to our customers for pre-orders. I would highly recommend it! So far so great, no issues at all.
