Good app but I can't find how to cancel my subscription, as I want to end it today. Find this very very disappointing.

Hello!

Thanks so much for posting this question here! To cancel any app on the Shopify app store, simply remove that app from the apps section of your Shopify admin. This automatically cancels the billing connection for that app to your Shopify billing.

Does that help? So just delete this the app from your Shopify admin, and that cancels the app billing on our side automatically.

reasonably easy to use. bit fiddly but overall good. Support was incredibly helpful and very prompt with their replies. it is appreciate.

So far I've loved this app and the team. The team were super efficient and fast when it came to solving any issues I had. Every questions or concerns were solved within 30 minutes of sending a support email!

It is a little bit difficult to set up. And there are some fee to charge. Free Plan is not okay completely.

so far so good. We started using pre order for our new start up. So far it is user friendly and works well with shopify. one of our issues is that you have to start a new campaign after publishing it rather than having the ability to just edit it.

Easy setup and works great! It's worth it to pay for the extra customizations

We've been using this app for two weeks and every single day we keep getting real orders that are supposed to be preorder. We've been working with the support team to try and figure out, and finally they told us they don't support orders paid with certain payment methods. This is something they should have told us before using their app!!!! We've lost thousands of dollars in canceled orders and it's been a customer service nightmare, I'm so upset
