I wish I could tell you how this app works, but I can't. I got a preview of it and asked for a demo to walk me through set up and they couldn't comprehend what I was asking... just a simple demonstration to show me how it works. Someone finally set up a call with me for 4pm. It's now 4:30pm -- nobody ever joined the call or contacted me. They clearly don't want your business, so don't waste your time trying to give it to them.

Since I installed the app my website didn`t load the images. A day with nearly no sales because of this. My worst experience with any app.

Sean here, PreOrder Now guru... this is definitely not a normal side effect of our app. Sounds like your store's theme didn't play well "put of the box" with our app. Our support team can fix this sort of thing (free of charge) within an hour or two, max.

terrible app terrible support. takes days to reply and their response not even relates to the question.
cool app that does the function that we are looking for. we used to just write preorder in the description and it was sometimes missed. this solves that.

Did not work with Turbo theme from out of the sandbox. App developer blamed theme. Theme developer said its app developers responsibility to make sure it works with the theme.
We're sorry to hear the theme developer has passed the buck on this, but we're also disappointed that you've decided to leave a 2-star review.
Our support staff expended considerable time tracking down the exact location and cause of the error in your theme and even explained the needed fix.
