This app is helpful for the preorder, however we have been having a issue of when we set a style as preorder, it doesn't reflected on the site. however their developers are very helpful and quick to help out.

Sometimes a simple "refresh" command in the app is all that is needed to make triple-sure that all pre-order settings are correct for all the latest product updates you've made on your store.

Can you email us? (preorder-now@websiteondemand.ca) -- We'd love a chance to fix this and make sure the app is working 100% perfectly with your theme, and that your settings are the way they need to be...

Thanks ahead of time, it's our goal to get ANY and ALL issues our merchants might be experiencing solved, and asap...

I'm using it in mode "free" and it's ok! Easy and effective. I recommend it. (While you are using free mode, you just have one product in pre-order)

So far so good! Wish there was live support. Since I'm in Hawaii it's harder to get issue, questions answered. Will come back in a week to leave a more elaborate review after our preorder sale is complete.

One challenge so far - shipping out orders. It's confusing filtering out preorder and normal order during the shipping process.

Excellent support from Nicoz, app however is slow and fairly convoluted to use. Did the trick for short term needs.

I used this to do a pre order on custom masks. I only didn't like the banner options... only the green circle worked.. the banner and box didn't work on my product... everything else was easy

I used this app to generate more revenue with sold out products and it works well. The only thing I would suggest is making the ribbon on the product a little larger...other than that, the app works well to launch pre-orders.

So once the notification addition came out my company wanted to utilize it. We spend a lot of time on our own trying to get it to work but couldn't (so if anything that's a downside) I then talked to customer support and Jorge w
as incredible. This man is so patient throughout the whole process walking me through things multiple times over multiple days. I would leave the conversation midway through some days to take care of work fires, but when i came back Jorge was there ready to pick back up where we left off. Jorge gets 10/5 stars he's that amazing.

Easy to install. Would recommend for all business' of all sizes where back ordering stock can help boost sales. If they help increase my sales, i will increase my subscription level.
