Quick to respond to queries and the team help you to troubleshoot to actually manage the app yourself. The app has it's limitations but they all do. can't fault the customer service though!

We use this for all our shops, because we have several pre-order items.

Preorderly is perfect for products that have a long due date.
This year especially, as COVID has caused lot of delays throughout. We have halved the amount of customer enquiries for due dates on products. Preorderly is easy to use, either default over all products that are out of stock. Or certain collections or products. You can also whittle down to the exact variant. We edit the Buy Now button to say Pre-Order or Buy to Order In, or any words of your choice.
Also add a message, we usually add the ETA of the product next to the Button. We have over 10,000 products, so keeping on top of it all is challenging. Improvements:
1. To be able to export the Products / Collections which are currently active on Preorderly.
2. An ETA date box which will notify us when the date is coming up or passed.
found the app very easy to set up, and the team was great at working on any issues that arose, having it sorted within a day for me
The first impression is a very good app, and has the functions I need. Have had some problems fixing everything to my website, but got very fast and good help with solving everything!

This app is great and the customer support is amazing. I was trying to use a couple other options with our theme but they didn't work. Preorderly worked with me to get it working with my theme. It's easy to use and setup. I recommend this app if you're looking to take pre-orders on your site.
Great app! Works as described.
It is the only pre order app I could find (for a reasonable price) that allows you to sell current inventory as pre orders (not just sold out items), and to customise the pre order message for individual variants. E.g. if you have a product with 2 colours, but only one colour is available for pre order you can customise the customer end of the product page to show this clearly. My suggestion to the developers for an update to make this app much more efficient : on "Product Settings" when you are customising individual variants, it would be great to be able to select the variants you wish to edit and THEN apply settings in bulk to those variants. As it is, I have to open each variant one by one and apply the settings, even if it's the same settings over and over. Thanks :)
This pre-order app is great and easy to use. You can set the pre-order for an entire collection instead of having to go variant by variant for each product. The support is also very fast and effective.
I wonder if there is a way to automatically generate an email to the customer letting them know that we are ordering their item especially for them and will sent it to them as soon as we receive it. That would be ideal.
This app is great when it works. Unfortunately most of the time it only pulls through the first few products from my store and does not allow me to select any others. I have installed and reinstalled in many times, such a shame :(
