Absolute useless App, nothing works even though its all setup correctly. No customer support availabe on the weekends is a no go. Do not install this trash!

Seems great so far, I had to get assistance to setup a pre order and the support was instant and thorough. It's good to know these guys are here for me if i ever need it.

The support helped me install everything. They did it all - thank you very much. The app is now making me a lot of orders

This app was very easy to set up and worked straight off. I asked for some help to change the button colour and font colour and Ajani was very quick to respond and make the changes for me.

The app works okay. It probably could work better and have better interface, but it does what it supposed to do. Recently we experienced issue with the app and unfortunately realised how unprofessional developer's support is and slow to resolve a critical for business issues. Support was so unprofessional that we will be looking to replace the app.

So, this APP is SUPER EASY to use, customer friendly, super CHEAP ( I've tried apps that charge more than double for a service that is not at this level) and I am amazed. In other apps you have to click on every single item to add the pre-order button, and this one allows you to set to default settings and apply to all products who's inventory is below "X" - X being the number you decide or default to zero. It also allows you to simply customize it based on your needs, and it literally took me 5 minutes and it was all set up and running, and really professional- looking. I definitely recommend it , and I give it a 5+..!

Sometimes I cant just not figure out why the pre-order doesnt show. So I start from scratch. But unfortunately today I just dont seem to get it working. When it works its great tho!

Amazing and very fast customer service, plus the app is fantastic when you're out of stock but want to continue selling. Very easy to use and set-up. We were able to continue selling stock when we faced shipping delays. A true lifesaver! Thank you Preorderly Team!

It help me so much on receiving orders which is in pre-order status, It's can be easily done by specific products and collections. Also support team help me in customization to fix my theme style.

I used this app for my sold out items. What I like about it is the report section where it shows you the orders that consist of the back-order items. Thanks Adi for the fast response, appreciate it much!

This is THE one!! I've tried all of the others and they each had functionality issues with my theme.
Preorderly works immediately, is childishly easy to configure, looks awesome and fantastic value for money.

I was soooo frustrated until I found this. There were other popular pre order apps that even the developer couldn't get to work and I was thinking that I'd have to change my theme until I found this beauty! Thank you

P.S. One little niggle is that the install process includes a compulsory 'Review' phase which is strange and very premature. Just click it before you can continue with your configuration..

So far the app is okay, but the ads for their other products make it a bit a annoying to use. Other than that it does its job.

Great app, installed automatically without having to make any fixes, works out of the box on many variants. When I needed a hand with something Adi had a solution nice and fast. Would recommend.

I would love to give this app 5 stars because its really easy to set up and is perfect for my store. However, there is no option for setting up down payments on pre-orders. Giving customer the option to pre-order for a 15% non-refundable down payment would be a huge incentive for our customers.

This is the perfect app for preorders. It integrated into my site seamlessly and loads pretty quickly. And the support was awesome! Adi was great at helping me get set up properly.

So far I am loving this app. Quick and easy to install. I am busy configuring and testing, but all good.

This is the second pre-order app I've used. The other was too slow to load and it often let orders through without showing them as a pre-order. This one is easier to use, just set your inventory rules and its automatic. No code to add, instant install.
Support was quick to respond and fantastic.
