Very easy setup for pre-order items. And I have a very large catalog 1000+ skus. Support is also super attentive and helpful.

This application has all the functionality that I want. Occasionally there is a lengthy delay between updates. At times some products don't work but the support is excellent for fixing these issues fast.

It will help my pre-order sales! and let customers know when the estimated delivery time! and the customer support was amazing. I had a few issues and they were able to help me timely without interfering with the operations. Highly recommended!

App works intended, and customer support has been very quick and helpful. If you don't have a developer, install the app and then reach out to customer support. It's likely your theme will need some work/tweaking.

This app is great and the customer support is amazing. I was trying to use a couple other options with our theme but they didn't work. Preorderly worked with me to get it working with my theme. It's easy to use and setup. I recommend this app if you're looking to take pre-orders on your site.

[Update] I've recently left my review here that arose from the frustrations I've got from the app developer's email. However, I restarted using the app and it's working fine for certain products I need the app for. And I got multiple reach-outs from them since the incident. It's clear that they're taking responsibility for their work and provide support even I'm not a paying user. In the light of that, I am here to update my review to reflect the latest status (the old one has been deleted by me which is not relevant now).

Totally love this app - easy to use and turn on and off preorders while you wait for stock to arrive. Support is super quick and efficient too with any requests.

great app, works exactly as described and the support is awesome! I had an issue with the display of the custoomer notification and they jumped on it and fixed it super fast, this is exactly how I expect service to be! Nicely done!
