We recently added PreProduct to our store so that we can start accepting deposits for items we are awaiting stock on.

The app was easy to install. The communication and support is fantastic. We needed some small changes to the way the product buttons looked on the site and Oli was able to make these changes for us.

Would recommend this app if you are looking to accept preorders and deposits for your site.

PreProduct is the greatest Shopify add-on if you need to have the ability to pre-book items without having to charge customers until the product actually ships. It gives you the possibility to determine demand before committing to production and/or financing. This is a fantastic feature for many small businesses and the product support is even more fantastic. Highly recommended!

Glad I went for this pre-order app. Very flexible and well thought out functionality. Also the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced – friendly and highly responsive. PreProduct first off fills a big need, to have the ability to pay for part of a purchase up front inside the Shopify storefront. But beyond that, this app has some of the best customer service I've seen. Any of our problems, requests, or inquires have been addressed quickly and addressed well—can't say enough about the support team! Overall, have had a great experience with an app that does exactly what it needs to do and with a great team in the back end to boot.

We are using shopify in Japan. This is the only app we could find that allows me to pre-order and pay by credit card after the item arrives. The support in English was very helpful. We were able to get many orders thanks to the help of the app and the staff here.
