I used this app to run a pre-order campaign prior to committing to manufacturing a product. It worked perfectly. Having the flexibility to take a deposit, full payment or simply track pre-orders was great. The auto-emailing also worked flawlessly. Also got very responsive help from the developer (same day) when I had questions. Recommended.

Highly recommended! We use the app since a few days, so customers can pre-order our advent calendar easily. It was much more easier to add PreProduct, then using our ERP to differentiate advent calendar orders. The app does what it says. In our case it enables us to start selling and test the popularity of different variants so we can make important decisions with design and product add-ons before we start production. PreProduct is a great app that is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get the sales going before product is ready to ship. Customer service is top notch. The support team helped us made important adjustments to our somewhat atypical product page. Great app that means you can pre-sell product without taking payment at the time. I wanted this option as I was unsure of when my product would arrive. Once products arrived I sent one email with all the payment links direct to all the pre-orders. Very simple. Customer service was very prompt and helped me sort out some initial kinks in the beginning.
