We recently discovered that we've been consistently overcharged every month for the past couple of years. After reaching out to the company twice through their own chat service, we received no response on either occasion. This lack of communication, combined with the overcharging issue, reflects very poor customer service and dishonesty. Extremely disappointed!
Simple and easy to use. Daniel is a few minutes for a fix if Shopify ever decides to mess up their API again.
The app is excellent, the support is even better. We strongly recommend this app. No doubt number one on Shopify for its product pages category.
