PDQ has definitely earned their monthly cost for our shop. Their A/B testing has given us invaluable insights that have really boosted our conversion rates — simple tweaks like adjusting delivery timelines and shipping prices made a big difference.
PDQ also helped us improve our checkout messaging, making it clearer for customers and driving even more conversions. The dashboard is super easy to use, and setting up tests is a breeze.

The opportunity for extra revenue is worth it if you have enough traffic for quick test results! We did run into one issue where another app conflicted with our test and broke the site for a few days, which is why I'm giving 4 stars, but PDQ did their best to make it right.
Great experience with PDQ so far - previously, checkout was a portion of our site we never even considered "testable", and PDQ unlocked that for us and made running split tests there (on shipping rates, thresholds, upsells, etc.) very easy and straightforward, already driving some exciting results. Also the team has been a pleasure to work with, and really acts as strategic advisors to think through, build, and analyze the tests you run. Definitely recommend!
PDQ’s precise delivery promises have really upgraded our checkout. Switching from vague date ranges to specific 'Arrives by' dates provided our customers with the clarity they needed, enhancing their overall shopping experience and boosting our conversion rates.
