PDQ has been an excellent partner for our growing business. Their customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, with Slack support that makes communication fast and easy. They don’t just react to issues—they offer ideas and proactive planning to help set brands up for success. PDQ is the best shipping software we’ve found that allows us to add and accurately ship unlimited SKUs as we scale, while making it incredibly easy to manage shipping and checkout options. PDQ offers a solid product backed by a responsive, knowledgeable support team. Their tools have assisted us in running A/B tests at checkout and enable delivery scheduling for our customers on time sensitive products. Any time a question or issue comes up, their team is quick to respond and prioritizes great service. We really enjoy working with the PDQ team!
