Product Forge lets you create rules for specific customers. Match by email or customer tag, then set a fixed amount or percentage adjustment on selected products. Eligible customers see the updated amount on collection pages, product pages, and in the cart. At checkout, a discount applies the same adjustment automatically. Use it for VIP deals, wholesale, staff rates, or one-off customer adjustments without managing separate discount codes.
