Unethical billing & no real support

I deleted the app right after the new billing cycle started — without using it — yet I was still charged. When I contacted support, I received only generic copy-paste replies blaming Shopify and ignoring my actual concern.

Worse, they implied that a refund or credit would be considered only if I remove this review, which is a clear violation of Shopify’s policy and ethical standards.

If you value transparency, fairness, and respectful communication — stay away.

Absolutely useless, did a bulk price change and missed around 150 products. So reverted the job and then even reverted the ones that weren't done in the first place. This app has cost me endless hours of work. USELESS

THIS APP DEFINITELY HAS LOGIC ISSUES! IT ONLY UPDATES PARTS OFR YOUR PRODUCTS VARIANTS AND EVEN SOME PRODUCTS NO UPDATES AT ALL!!! IT MAY MESS UP YOUR PRICE!

Si vendes autopartes, genera inconvenientes con los cambios de precio manuales en shopify, una vez reviertes los cambios, te anula tus cambios manuales

Hi, I was of the opinion there is a 14 day free trial on this app? Wondering why I am being charged $14 on the first day of using the app. If there are no free trials it would be more honest to communicate that from the onset. Please fix

ACHTUNG! Wenn man die Discountpreise mal angepasst hat und den Job löscht, ändern sie sich NICHT zurück!!! Ich bekomme aktuell die Streich-Preise nicht mehr weg aus meinem Store - und wollte die App aber nur mal ausprobieren! Also Vorsicht!!!! Support meldet sich auch nicht...
