We’ve carefully reviewed our records but couldn’t locate any previous communication or billing history under the store name “Newt,” or the domain newtnutrition.com / newtnutrition.myshopify.com, or the email address support@newtnutrition.com.
Based on Shopify’s records, the app was first installed on June 17, 2025, the same day the review was posted, and we haven’t found any charges associated with this account so far.
It’s possible that the feedback may be related to a different store. If so, we’d be more than happy to investigate and help in any way we can. Please feel free to reach out to jay@pricemole.io or info@pricemole.io with the store name or any billing reference, and we’ll do our best to sort this out.
