The Webrex pricing by country plugin has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It’s easy to install and configure, and it delivers accurate currency conversions for international customers. The frontend selector is user-friendly and looks clean on our site, and we haven’t experienced any performance issues.

What stood out was the clear documentation and the responsive support team — they helped quickly when we had questions.

Overall, a reliable and well-built multi-currency app. Highly recommended for stores selling globally!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the app Pricing by Country, listed on the Shopify App Store.

I have been a paying customer of this app for several years, currently on a legacy subscription plan of USD 29/month. The app has always provided support whenever needed, and I also pay annually for continued access.

Now,

In order to assist me with integrating the app into my new theme, I must pay an additional INR 10,000 — a support fee that was never part of the original subscription.

They also stated that if I uninstall and reinstall the app, I will lose my legacy plan and be forced to move to their new pricing of USD 99/month.

Effectively, this penalizes me for being an early adopter and paying consistently over the years, while offering no clear or fair justification for these sudden extra costs.

This feels discriminatory and not in line with how apps on Shopify are expected to work. Merchants subscribe to paid apps with the understanding that support is included as part of the service. Introducing arbitrary, unexpected charges — especially targeting legacy users — goes against both trust and fair business practices.

As Shopify is the parent platform listing this app, I request that you investigate this matter and ensure that app developers cannot impose unfair charges on long-term, paying customers.

Even, they are asking extra charges for app support which is their responsiblity when we are using their app.

It's very unfortunate that even after providing you the support on the Weekend (Sunday) and even on the Bank Holiday as well even Each and every Order was correct from Our app side though you left us a one-star Review By Mentioning that ruined your store and revenue Which is something I don't agree with and which is not right,

Shopify has an up-to-date record of Your Orders as well as International Orders which you got correct, That is Each and every order you got was correct with the help of our app and Our app was helping in your International Business as well as increasing your revenue

Our Customer Support Executive "Arpan" has already provided you the support round the clock even though we both are operating at different timezone and I myself personally helped you during your Sales Offer to set up the Discount Prices at your store though you have left us 1 star which is very unfortunate which is something I don't agree and Which is really not right

We are Providing Merchant Support even on the weekend, Bank Holiday also which other apps don't do, and will never help you Personally to set up your Sales Prices At your site which we have done for you
