The app works very well and the support is very fast and solution oriented, I can highly recommend the app !

I used the app to have different pricing for different countries so as to take care to shipping and handling cost and it worked perfectly! A few improvements will help, bulk price sync and for the app to work with some product upsell features. Support is also very quick to help.

Arpan continues to provide excellent support for our queries, is very polite, patient and answers around the clock (bearing in mind the time differences between our continents). We tried few other apps before finally closing on webrex app. The feature that we were looking for (increasing the price of all products by certain percentage for countries outside our base country) was not available in the other apps and this was the only app which was also compatible with the theme we were using. The support team is very responsive and the response is very prompt. They are willing to get on a call and understand the issue and resolve it as best as they can. Would definitely recommend the app.
