Update: They have reached out and removed the code. Be aware of apps like these. Messed up the site, even when uninstalled, leave code behind The worst thing is when asked for the code snippet need to be removed, they ask for access but doesn't tell the code!
While our team feels extremely disappointed with the review, I will try and address the issues raised here.
1. Our app is compatible with 100% of all themes. Its been used by 1000s of merchants including Plus customers. In certain themes, the code needs to be installed differently. We offer a 100% free forever customization service to ensure the badges look perfect and the site loads blazing fast.
2. The un-installation guide is clearly mentioned in our documentation. If the merchants are unable to do it then we offer support to remove the code. However, we need theme access to be able to remove this 1-line of code.
We explained the situation to the folks at www.brishni.com and also removed the code and provided information on it. After many days we are yet to receive a response from them.
We are a team completely focused on providing the best badges solution at a reasonable price for Shopify merchants. This review is completely out of line with the kind of experience we provide.
I couldn't view the label on our website and henced emailed them for help.
What they did was instead of adding the "best seller" tag on one product, they did it on all the products across the website!
I emailed them to rectify the same but suddenly they stopped responding. I disabled the plugin, even uninstalled it from my store.
but they did some coding on my store & now we're stuck with the badges! Our website is live with thousands of visitors each hour. This is extremely disappointing!

Creating the badge itself is easy. To do anything else requires going into the liquid code and programming. You have to pay the $5 to find this out. Since I can't code, no idea if this app even works.
There seems to be a misunderstanding.
The integration assistance service is 100% free of charge, even during the trial period.
You don't have to pay anything to try the app.
This app doesn't even work. Don't waste your time. I just installed the app and the set up is easy, but when it comes to displaying on my website nothing shows up.
Thanks for your review. The badges are not being displayed on your site because you have not done the integration. If you re-install the app we can easily do it for you. We have emailed you regarding the same but havent received any response.
Tried multiple apps to achieve a product badge and all were either too confusing to use or didn't offer what I needed until I found this app which achieved exactly what I needed... and the best part is their excellent support team that implemented fixes and answered all of my questions quickly!
