Print Melon ‑ Print on Demand

I am giving 5 stars!! No question! There were some issues with sizing not matching up in the beginning when I started using them, although the issue seemed to be on my end (I never could figure out what was going on), PM was quick to answer and quick to correct the problem. This did not happen once, but twice, and both times they were there to make it right, and from my understanding, this was a fault on my shop's end. They let me know they would be doing updates to help with my situation and orders have gone through with no problems. They were quick in responses, kind, personable, & patient. Customer service can go a very very long way! It is important to build relationships...I believe they do just that.
Although orders can take a bit longer for processing (understandable), shipping time seems quick.

I looked at a bunch of different options before finally deciding on Print Melon and I love them! Their communication is super fast and helpful, and you don't at all have a big corporation feel! 10/10 recommend!

Print Melon was the first POD company I used. I will tell you what I like about them....CUSTOMER SERVICE #1!!! They are quick to respond to emails which is so important to me especially if I have a problem. Their shipping times are very reasonable. I don't have much experience in the quality from different suppliers but I can tell you that the shirt I ordered for myself was very good quality and the print actually gets better after washing. It has held up great! I recently tried a different company but they failed majorly in the customer service department and I will be sticking with PrintMelon! I believe that they can use some improvement in their website and design platform but for now the fact that I can count on them is worth ALOT!

I downloaded this app to several of my stores, and got a tell you, this is one of the best apps on shopify platform. Fist off, its soo easy to design and publish the product, it literally takes less than a minute to do so, app is so easy to use even i can do it lol.
As for the products, they are well ahead of the game, they know apparel market very well and constantly add new products to their app. The products are very popular and unique, since fashion is changing fast, the products they add do match with the current fashion. The staff is very responsive, whenever i send an email receive a response within couple hours and they do solve problems. The best feature of this print on demand app is the ease of use. Im so happy to find this app. Many thanks to shopify.

Print Melon is awesome-sauce! I've been searching for a POD service for over a year, but after ordering samples from several I was extremely disappointed with either the print quality or the consistency between the prints. I found one other company with decent print quality, but their choices of shirt colors and styles was very limited. Print Melon has been amazing! Their prints are outstanding and custom service is on point! They are quick to reply and try to answer any questions you may have. They also have ALL the shirt colors and styles that I was wanting. I'm seriously so thrilled to be able to work with them.

This app is awesome. Love all of my products from here. The process is so easy and seamless. This is the best one I've found so far.
