Printful is easy to use and provides an excellent product. I'd love it if it didn't require me to opt out all of my other store items from syncing each time. That's a hassle, but is a tech issue.
Thank you for always the best service. Not only is the quality of the product the best, but the prompt response of the support center staff is also the best. Also, your YouTube and blog are always used as a reference for our business. One point to confirm, I would like to work on sneaker design, but when will it be possible? I sent an e-mail to you, but I have not received any reply, so I will take this opportunity to contact you. Finally, it seems that our customers are also grateful for all of your high-quality products, printing technology, delivery schedules and more. We look forward to working with you in the future. They provided support for smooth operation of various new functions, such as the function to automatically post the delivery date on the product page of TrendyJapan.net, system support when introducing Shopify POS, etc.
Also, regarding the VAT on products destined for Europe, we received an email shortly after ordering, and were able to include the message in the news on TrendyJapan.net. Thank you very much. Thank you for your continued support.

One app can not tell if I am the admin of site or not. To confusing to keep signing in each app associated wit your site

You can view your user role by going to the Printful app -> click on your name in the upper right-hand corner -> Settings -> Users. The role of each user that is associated with your account will show on this page. The role refers to the entire Printful account, not just specific integrations.

I have been using Printful since I opened my online store in 2019 and while I have tested out other POD companies (CustomCat, Gooten, etc) - Printful is by far the absolute best in every instance. Customer service is outstanding - always quick to respond or help, their resources are super helpful when knowing what information to provide my customers with so to cause as little error or confusion as possible. Though rare, if there is a quality or printing error - Printful has found a quick solution each time. Of course I would like to see some better options but that comes with time and growth! Since I have been using their services for almost 4 years now...it's been great to see them really listen to customers feedback and concerns, turn around and apply them while just improving even more! I never feel like I'm not aware of new policies/shipping delays or holiday prep because Printful always keeps me in the loop. I am a very big Printful fan and will continue to use their services -- if you're on the fence, go with Printful, you will not regret it. I truly do not think I would be able to run my business successfully if it wasn't for Printful and how helpful they have been from the very beginning.
I have a very good experience with the company printful.
