This app integrates beautifully with Shopify and they create high quality products with quick turnarounds. Customer support is 24/7 and always friendly trying to make sure that you serve your own customers in the best way possible.

I used this app for my t-shirt designs. I really like having my products listed in the app, not just sent to my Shopify store. This way I don't have to re-build it every time I may want to make a change. Syncing was seamless and easy. Would like to see some new and different products not available elsewhere.

I like the app, just a little confused on how to update orders...where should I look to learn this process?

You can make edits to orders via your Printful Dashboard > Orders by opening up the order and clicking on "Change order".

Printiful is easy-to-use, very user-friendly. It would be great to have access to more colors, as the basic colors aren't necessary the ones I would pick. More nuances would be great.
I am not technical but I found Printful really easy to use. Quick and easy to upload designs and I love the choice of t-shirts to be displayed on man/woman or shirt alone. I also like the free clipart choices.
Gives me better application of my shopify store!
Easy to work with. The customerservice has always responded within a day with usable info. You can tell the business is growing with new stuff coming out every month
