Overall, I love the app. However, there needs to be some very detailed research into bringing more products into your catalog. Things such as a wider variety of colors for certain tees, tanks, and muscle shirts, two-sided outdoor flags, a wider variety of accessories, home and living products, etc. Also, the designer should be able to allow you to change the DPI settings manually, instead of the increasing or decreasing the designs by mouse.

I am very impressed with the quality of products that Printful makes for my online store, Trendy Treehouse. My customers are especially happy with the quick turn around time for their custom orders. Thank you Printful for making things easy for shops to sell their custom items.

I would recommend the app. I would change some things. like better t shirt quality. letting us take a design and put it anywhere on the clothing. its kind of hard to design on the app. put things where you want them on the clothing.

When I decided to sell products online, Printful was recommended to me. As I researched Shopify, the person told me to use Shopify as my store website in collaboration with Printful, who will fulfill my orders and send them to my customers. Since then, I have been satisfied with Printful. The pros to using Printful is that you can design products with relative ease, they have great customer service, and they provide their customers with reshipments/refunds for damaged/incorrectly produced products. The cons to using Printful is that although they have an extensive product catalogue, some popular products sold elsewhere are not available and that some of Printful's products are more expensive.

I use 3 POD providers, but Printful has become my #1. I hardly ever consider the others anymore. Printful's customer service chat is great; they are very quick to answer any questions or concerns. The t-shirt print quality is excellent, too, as I have ordered many shirts for myself and family. And I've never had any of my Etsy or Shopify customers complain about the quality, in fact they've given great reviews. And during this past holiday season, Printful was able to keep up with the demand, where one of the other guys definitely wasn't. Very satisfied with Printful!

As far as my experience working with Printful is concerned, it is the best app out there for print on demand. The app is user friendly and detailed in process. Their designing tools are top of the line, easy to learn and apply. The "Manage the Video" facility is awesome and goes a long way to promote products. The product lines are of super quality. My only concern is the competitiveness of some of the products in the open market, in terms of pricing and subsequent profit margins. I would recommend the Printful app and Shopify platform to anyone, anytime.

This may not be exactly about the app, per se. I used to use edit on printful a lot to make changes to my designs. Now it seems that the only thing I can do is look at orders.

My shopify store has used Printful for years and the quality is always top-tier and high. I am happy I went the drop ship route with printful through Shopify, it has saved us a lot of work.

The main issue I have is that the products fade on tshirts. Its bad for business
