There is not as much racial diversity in the mock-ups. The inventory of customizable items is lacking and overpriced.

Right now I'm caught in a horrible loop between the two. The printful account I originally created seems to have disappeared, and I can't get the two to sink up properly. It's a nightmare.

Un bug toujours pas résolu depuis plus d'un mois signalé, l'équipe technique a dit qu'elle s'en chargeait. Des modèles n'apparaissent pas sur plusieurs modèles de tee shirts. Les tee shirts apparaissent vierge de tout motif dans la prévisualisation. En dehors de ce bug, et du non agissement du service technique, fonctionne plutôt bien. Je pourrai en dire plus quand j'aurai commencer les ventes, ce que je n'ai pas encore lancé tant que le bug n'est pas résolu...

Good app. Terrible customer service. If you need help, get someone besides Jerimiah H. He told me to give him an order number so he could investigate the issue, I provided it and he turned around immediately and said contact Shopify. The issue I had was with their emails and they did the best they could to mark the ticket solved and literally said "We are sorry we could not fulfill your needs...We wish you the best of luck". Customer service is all that matters these days, there are a ton of other options that offer the same thing Printful does, so I will be looking into those immediately to find one with customer support agents who actually try to solve your issues.
A Live customer support option NEEDS to be available. It’s pretty frustrating having to deal with chat or email.
