I very much dislike the new shopify integration. It's too simplified and feels like I can't find anything. I also can't see any tracking data unless I open a new tab and navigate to the full site. Feels like and unnecessary change.

Printful takes a very long time to roll out new products that other sites offer, especially for women and athleisure/ swimming. My customers and I have had very good experiences with products, offers and shipping since 2020.

I have had a great experience with Printful. While when I began it was a learning curve, it wasn't a hard one.
When I had an issue with a selling platform, but didn't know where the error was coming from, Prinful's customer service went past just looking into 'their' side of things.

My experience with Printful has been great. They are easy to use and the integration with Shopify and WordPress has been seamless.
When it comes to creating products, I wish that they provided design templates.
Do not like it preferred the way it was before the new updates very difficult to get to for templates.

So far so good! It's amazing to be able to offer so many options to my customers as a small business. The integration with Shopify is fantastic too!
I could swear everytime they update the mockups something goes wrong. The new all over print hoodie mockups are crooked. The issue really is that it will now take around 4-5 hours to change all the mockups because the system is slow and the bulk editing options are not as useful as I'd wish.
It has several helpful apps at your service
They have excellent customer service. They always get back even when I send emails at 3:00 am. They also have great integration with shopify when you create products.
