Another big question most merchants have is whether or not it's quick and easy to walk through the print design center. Also, what's it like trying to get those products on your website?

To start, we'll outline designing a product from Printful.

You can create a new order right from the Printful dashboard and upload your designs onto the products.

For this example, I'm going to design a canvas print, starting at $29.95 from Printful.

I would choose the size that I'd like to sell, then upload the print file that's going to go onto that canvas.

In general, the guide from Printful is quite clear as to what you might need to change with your upload. For instance, most random JPGs you upload from your computer are going to be too small for printing on a canvas. You're going to want a large JPG or PNG that you exported from a RAW file in something like Lightroom or Photoshop.

Once you find the right print quality, you can crop it to fit and move forward.

Mockups of the products are provided for showing to your customers in a more real-world setting

After that, you either place your custom order or save it to your connected ecommerce platform. If you do have it connected to a platform the product automatically syncs to your store.

First the printing they do is really nice . Shipping is horrible! Support is horrible ! Shipping is never on time. They charger an astronomical amount to ship and it’s almost always late. Support always responds with please allow an additional 10 days ….. they should be more transparent for fullfillment and shipping times. Support is not helpful at all they had me wait recently for almost a month for one item. They refunded me only because I threatened a chargeback and claimed it was because they were truly sorry . The tracking is a joke , they claim they use ups but that is fake. And it’s impossible to actually track anything.

Functionally sound - this review is more as a cautionary tale for UK-based online businesses.

Alas! I really wanted this app to work for me. It is, in theory, exactly what I need, but the high cost of the items, the shipping fees and the surprise customs charges meant it wasn't a viable option. We ended up losing money on all products because we refunded our customers their excess customs charges before pulling everything from the online store before too much damage had been done.

on the upside, my customers are delighted with their now super-limited edition items!

If a local option were available, we'd still consider it, as the shipping and customs really were the dealbreakers more than anything. quality of products we used was fine and no fulfillment issues aside from customs.

a pity! We were really keen on this!

Look at ALL the negative reviews!! This place is a SCAM. Absolute SCAM. I never received my items because of their error and they refuse to acknowledge or help
me.

UPDATE: Don’t fall for this company’s LIES!! I was never reached out to try and resolve this issue. They refused to help me in anyway with the change of address issue (even BEFORE I actually moved) and consistently gave me generic customer service answers. Not only that, but they seem legitimately disinterested in helping me.

DIDNT RECEIVE ORDER!!Absolutely terrible experience from top to bottom with these guys. From difficulties with adjusting my design, to zero to no communication in regards to delays and questions, I ended up not even receiving my order due to the tremendous delays and they refuse to give me any additional assistance. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping times, terrible design team. Absolutely 100% STAY AWAY!!

Although we understand your frustration with this whole situation, it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address before the order is shipped out.
As per our Return Policy (https://www.printful.com/policies/returns), if you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

If the package is returned to us, you will be able to reship it to an updated address via your Printful Dashboard > Orders > Returned.

From what we see, the order you reached out to us about has been delivered to a Parcel Locker, so we hope that you were able to retrieve this package!

Can't complain about the quality of the products. It would be good to have a few more product options, for example, print all over hoodies, sweatshirts, a variety of jackets (including material types) and shoes! Other than that, really great service and application, you rock Printful!

I am new to Printful, it is super easy to use and I love how informative the pages are. Printful provides great advice on their blog and just have made it so easy for me to want to go ahead and open my online store. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend to friends.

Tech support is a joke. Margins are crap. If you have issues shipping internationally, they "recommend" that you not sell to international customers.
There are other companies doing this very same thing.
