I could swear everytime they update the mockups something goes wrong. The new all over print hoodie mockups are crooked. The issue really is that it will now take around 4-5 hours to change all the mockups because the system is slow and the bulk editing options are not as useful as I'd wish.
Ok APP, Glitchy at times and delayed with uploading to store. no feedback in upload process.

I am very worried about the color saturation, and the placement of the logo. Both issues are difficult to deal with via chat. I really wish there was an option to speak on the phone.

Great service, but some of the pricing is too high and needs revised, people are trying to make a profit and still grow, yet the majority of your sales go to Printiful - unless you set 50%(+) margins and make your customers pay ridiculous prices OR use the cheap lower quality clothing (which still feels slightly overpriced). But I'm clearly no expert or else my business would be thriving. Also, not a big fan of the new Shopify dashboard at all. Hopefully it’s updated or becomes a customizable setup.

Honestly, i am new and still figuring my way around. I find this to be one of the more difficult apps I have been working with. Its the slowest and a little confusing. However, some of the feature are better than others. I appreciate your business model and am excited to see the products and see what the experience is like when I get some orders.

I am quite disappointed with Printful's design tool. It is very difficult to use and lacks essential features. I have given up on designing there, which is unfortunate because Printful was originally my first choice for a supplier.

Half the products say out of stock on my store, but they’re listed in stock in your app and when i refresh the data it doesn’t update.

overall it's been fine, but I keep getting customers telling me they can't purchase because thier address isn't accepted. It appears to be a printful issue somewhere.

As of right now I can’t tell you either way because I’m new to this and I want prepared for what was coming and never used the app yet I just now sat down to see what is it all about so I’m going half way till I give my real review
