I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with Printful as an aspiring online retailer. Allow me to explain why this app has revolutionized my business:

Although I encountered some difficulty with the color coding for inside labels initially, after some trial and error, I was able to figure it out. Overall, the experience has been excellent.

3. Uncompromising Quality: Printful never compromises on quality. While their product offerings may be smaller compared to some competitors, the attention to detail and superior product quality more than make up for it. And who can resist their embroidery options?

Having multiple options is crucial, and Printful delivers. Connecting to my Shopify store was a breeze, and everything is automated, saving me countless hours of coding.

I think this is a great app for print on demand. They have a wide selection of products and their delivery time isn't half bad, It could be improved on but I'm not mad. I think it rivals any other print on demand company and should definitely be considered by anyone getting into the POD business.

The app is easy to use and reliable in terms of features and integration with Shopify. However, there are certain quirks that need to be fixed. E.g. if the seller choose to provide free shipping on the product, the cost should be carried to Shopify including the shipping cost from Printful as that would help the seller and Shopify to calculate profit correctly. Without this feature built in, sellers are forced to update each item variant's cost price one by one, which is a time killer.

I have been using Printful for a while, and I have only had 1 incident where there was a print error. Customer service was fast and responsive and resolved the issue right away - top notch! The print quality on all the items is excellent, color is amazing, and overall good quality merchandise.

I do not sell t-shirts and clothing - I focus my products on tote bags, pillows, blankets, notebooks and stationary items that feature my art. So I don't have experience with their apparel, just the home goods and accessories.

I would like to see more model options with their mockups, but the ones they have are good for most of the products I use. My biggest complaint is lack of diversity of models - a large burly man modeling a dainty flowered blanket doesn't work! I would like to see both men and women and children model options (boys and girls) and variously colored people for each product, for example - not just one person that doesn't represent or reflect what I'm printing.

Overall, I am very happy with Printful. Great customer service, quality print, and quality products.

Overall, I love the app. However, there needs to be some very detailed research into bringing more products into your catalog. Things such as a wider variety of colors for certain tees, tanks, and muscle shirts, two-sided outdoor flags, a wider variety of accessories, home and living products, etc. Also, the designer should be able to allow you to change the DPI settings manually, instead of the increasing or decreasing the designs by mouse.

Absolutely love being able to add products and make my work flow so seamless... it really is a treat to have an idea, and have it loaded to the store just after creating. I would love more options for products, and better design features like font editors etc but for what it is, I think its amazing.

Printful app is so easy to use. Make sales with printful is rewarding, the app can keep you in the loop. You will never miss a sale.
