All right, so I shipped our first order on the 26th of March. The order was supposed to be delivered between the 2nd and 9th of April.
It's currently the 14th of March, the customer has not received anything yet and Printful has not sent me an email about it whatsoever. (The live chat also told me that she could not help with it)
How exactly, are you supposed to run a print on demand store if client's do not get their products and the sellers are not told anything? And this is the FIRST ORDER?!

This is far-and-away the easiest system to use for creating a low-upfront cost apparel store with lots of amazing options for garments and brands. My only criticism is that all their "eco-friendly" apparel seems to be very limited in the print area they are able to provide whereas less ethical garments can have full coverage with the print/design. Not sure if that is a technical limitation or just the way it's designed right now. Love this service!

A great way to test new products without having to take a risk on manufacturing and building inventory. We use it mainly for niche posters with low sales volume. The Shopify integration was easy and we even talked to a real person!

The Printful app works seamlessly with shopify and made it so easy to get products up to the store quickly. Then you go back to Printful and set up the products there...instructions are clear and simple on their site and they have really straightforward short tutorials that show you exactly how to do things. I can't believe the amount of work I completed in a short amount of time. They even give you other stores to connect with to reach a wider audience. It's a pretty impressive operation...I'll let you know how their printing is when I get my first order! lol
The app was easy to setup and use. I wish the resources was linked better inside the app of the Shopify.

These guys ROCK! Moved from a different POD (CustomCat) because comparing side by side DTG prints, Printful was more vibrant and it didn't have a TON of pre-treat, the other guys was so coated that the shirts looked discolored.
The partial and 3D Puff caps... ROCK! These are the guys you want to do snapbacks with, trust me. Tight stitches, tight 3d puff. NFL/MLB/NBA quality stuff. I had those other guys and it was definitely garbage.
Having some issues with simple graphics in 3D puff and customer service communication, but overall if you give a sh!t about your brand, the little bit extra you pay is extremely worth it.
Would give 5 star but the inside labels are a major pain in the butt, hopefully they figure out something simpler. It's so painful that I don't even offer more colors because of it.
Easy to use. Multiple options to choose from. Love that i can add my own graphics to anything, and the rest is taken care of - super easy.
