When I decided to sell products online, Printful was recommended to me. As I researched Shopify, the person told me to use Shopify as my store website in collaboration with Printful, who will fulfill my orders and send them to my customers. Since then, I have been satisfied with Printful. The pros to using Printful is that you can design products with relative ease, they have great customer service, and they provide their customers with reshipments/refunds for damaged/incorrectly produced products. The cons to using Printful is that although they have an extensive product catalogue, some popular products sold elsewhere are not available and that some of Printful's products are more expensive.

Dear Printful Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on an issue I encountered while using the product template editor on your platform.

I use a 14" laptop, and I've noticed that when editing product templates, the window that contains the image upload section is too large for my screen. This makes it difficult for me to scroll down to see the applied image and adjust it accordingly. The inability to scroll within this section significantly hampers my ability to properly position and size the images for my products.

Here are the specific challenges I'm facing:

The image upload section is too large to fit within the visible area of the editor window.
There is no option to scroll down within this section to view and adjust the entire image.
This issue is particularly problematic on smaller screens, such as my 14" laptop.
To improve the user experience, I would suggest the following enhancements:

Implement a scrolling feature within the image upload section to allow users to navigate and adjust images more easily.
Ensure the editor interface is responsive and adjusts appropriately to different screen sizes, including smaller laptops.
I believe these improvements would greatly enhance the usability of the product template editor and make the design process more efficient for users with various screen sizes.

Some extra key strokes needed while working with Shopify, but overall good. Would recommend to others.

Simply for the fact that I don't have to ship the orders myself but the biggest thing to me with all apps and sites is ease of use. If you can't make it so simple (SOP) that the dumbest person can figure out. It makes it harder to get people to adapt and convert without spending tireless hours of research and scrolling on youtube.

Printful takes a very long time to roll out new products that other sites offer, especially for women and athleisure/ swimming. My customers and I have had very good experiences with products, offers and shipping since 2020.

My experience with Printful has been great. They are easy to use and the integration with Shopify and WordPress has been seamless.

When it comes to creating products, I wish that they provided design templates.
