Have been using/working with Printful for 6-7 years now. I've also used their competitors but when it comes to the most important things of a POD app and store owner like user-friendly navigation/integration, product selection, quality of prints and consistency, printful is undoubtedly setting the standard for this business model.

Why only 4 stars?: 5 stars is a perfect score and there are definitely things they can work on, just like all apps and companies. I've used or at least did my due-diligence with almost every POD company that there is. Many do offer a wider product range for high quality and niches. Some companies produce better prints and embroidery.

For a newbie, the platform is easy to navigate. I am learning as I create, it may be slower for someone like me who is new to creating an online store and integrating printful but it is simple enough once you read and follow the steps and prompts.
